Considering the increase in the areas of activity, a new position of the Deputy Commander of the SEAL SSTTC for Development has been created. Following a competitive selection process conducted by the Center's Board, Oleksandr Ionin, who has extensive experience in the field of state security, joined the team of professionals. Oleksandr also served as a diplomat and has experience in the field of state export control.
