«ASIS Europe – From Risk to Resilience»
Representatives of the SEAL SSTTC participated in the professional international conference on international and regional security, "ASIS Europe - From Risk to Resilience," held from March 20 to 22, 2024, in Vienna, Republic of Austria. The event focused on discussing risks, the importance, and the role of security in supporting sustainable economic development in the European region and worldwide. It served as a platform for leading experts in international and regional security, heads of state, and private security services to meet. This conference is an important gathering in the region for established and promising security leaders working in a multinational environment.
During the event, our team held bilateral meetings with respected foreign partners such as Pinkerton, Global Security Systems, Crisis24, Dragonfly, Eagle Eye Networks, Genetec, G4S, International SOS, Nedap, and Securitas. We participated in discussion panels and actively promoted the Ukrainian agenda using all possible venues of this security conference. Additionally, we signed several partnership and cooperation agreements, details of which will be shared later.
It is noteworthy that SEAL SSTTC participated in the "Ask me about Ukraine" discussion panel, where representatives from countries including Great Britain, Austria, the Netherlands, Israel, and others received honest and direct answers about the current security situation in Ukraine, Russia's ongoing full-scale war against Ukraine, and its impact on the security situation in the region and the world.
With the participation of SEAL SSTTC and ASIS Ukraine Chapter, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Slovakia, Andriy Taran, was invited to the conference and spoke in the "Ukrainian" panel. This panel underscored a powerful international event of Ukrainian diplomacy and demonstrated another unexpected direction of private-public partnership in the security business.
During the official part of the event, conference participants expressed solidarity with Ukraine and honored the memory of the victims of Russia's war against Ukraine with a moment of silence.
Together to victory! Glory to Ukraine!
