Underwater demining is a priority for the SEAL Center.

Today, the SEAL Center and the Ukrainian Center for Humanitarian Underwater Demining (UCHUD) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of mine action and humanitarian demining, including underwater demining.

The signing of this Memorandum is primarily aimed at the mutual exchange of analytical and technical information in the field of humanitarian demining, raising awareness in the field of mine safety, which in turn should ensure the reduction of the social, economic and environmental impact of explosive objects on human life.

The direction of underwater demining was also not chosen by chance, because the skills of dealing with extreme underwater conditions developed at the SEAL Center and the practical experience of the UCHUD will allow a more thorough approach to the problem of cleaning Ukrainian waters from explosive Russian debris, while ensuring the proper safety of both explosives technicians and ordinary people.

Together we will win.

Glory to Ukraine!
