The SEAL Center informs about the start of an important partnership project in the field of social adaptation of veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war.
So, recently, the first group successfully completed training on the author's course "Social adaptation and reintegration of veterans in the company" by Vera Romanova in partnership with the SEAL Center!
100+ applications,60 participants and a lot of new knowledge! So, now Ukrainian companies have a clear understanding of how:
finding and hiring veterans (the course covered the specifics of finding and adapting veterans as new employees).
return team members from the front (participants learned how to properly organize the process of reintegration of veterans returning from the war).
Why is this important? Ukrainian business is now facing a new challenge: the reintegration of veterans. And in this process, it is absolutely necessary to analyze one's readiness for the integration of veterans in a timely manner, to identify points of growth and plan the necessary changes, as well as to understand the specifics of working with veterans.
